Objectives for Oranfresh Srl
As part of the project activities, Oranfresh Srl aimed to develop an application for the remote management and maintenance of the company’s vending machines.
With the goal of simplifying and accelerating problem solving, streamlining the learning process, and ensuring effective knowledge transfer within the organization, Oranfresh’s project activities were focused on improving the quality of technical training, operational efficiency, productivity, and the ability to quickly respond to potential issues.
Results for Oranfresh Srl
The project fully achieved its objectives, proving to be a highly effective Immersive Learning solution. The complex simulated scenarios related to the management and maintenance of vending machines provided strong user engagement and a sense of physical presence, making the learning experience extremely realistic.
Thanks to virtual reality, technicians and operators were able to face real critical and operational situations, such as component replacement, machinery installation, and electronic device configuration, gaining practical training without risks.
The work environment was recreated in such detail that users could observe and intervene in events occurring during both routine and extraordinary maintenance. The application worked seamlessly with the most common VR headsets, ensuring a 360° immersive experience with real-time reactions to every interaction.
